Simply the best! We rented top floor with three bedrooms for six days. Pricey but with six people in the unit it was a bargain for what you get. There is a gated parking lot with a night guard. The view over the ocean is unsurpassed. Sunsets are spectacular. Try for a unit on the third thru fifth floor where views are best. We have stayed in other Quepos places but none compare. The staff here is also excellent. Two very nice ladies to greet you and to make sure your accommodations are appropriate. If you go to Manuel Antonio be sure to let them book the guide. They have the best available and the difference between a good guide from them and one booked at the entrance is profound.
We recently stayed at PC and loved it. The views were amazing and we loved sitting out on the balcony. We were able to see macaws, toucan, a sloth, and many other birds during our time there right from our unit! We stayed on the 4th floor and think we may have had one of be best views in the area, besides the view from the 5th floor units of course! Stephanie the concierge was fabulous and full of so many great recommendations. The condo had secured parking which was awesome for our rental car. There was also 24 hour security who is very observant. They would have the gate open the moment we approached the condo and were always very kind. The unit was within walking distance from everything you could need food and store wise. The walk to a plethora of restaurants was so short and we loved being able to walk to lunch/dinner/the store and not need a car. I highly recommend these condos if you are visiting MA and hope we make it back really soon! Thanks for the awesome accommodations PC!
My husband and I stayed at Pacifico Colonial (PC) and loved it. Our view was breath taking! The views are amazing and we loved sitting out on the balcony. We saw macaws, toucan and an iguana in the tree right from our unit during our stay. Stephanie and Melissa, the hosts, were simply fantastic. They’re personable and just all-knowing on activities and recommendations. They’re responsive and great at following up with you right away, if you need anything. The property has secure parking, but you really don’t need a car. There’s even a bus stop right in front of the property, which my husband and I took a few times. We felt just like a local. There is also 24 hour security, which is great because we arrived late. They had the gate open the moment we got there and the guards are always delightful and welcoming. You’re within walking distance from everything you could need (e.g., restaurants, pharmacy, market/store). We loved walking to breakfast/dinner/the store. I highly recommend PC if you are visiting Manual Antonio. My husband and I will be going back! Stephanie, thank you for the awesome accommodations and wonderful hospitality.
We stayed here in 2010 and it was AMAZING ! The deck is huge and we could see 2 kinds of monkeys going by every morning....as well as pelicans, stick bugs... and lots more. The place is beautiful as well ... and if you get a chance hire the chef ! He took us to the market and we tried lots of things we never would have on our own. We travel a lot and this is always in my top 3 of places I recommend. This is also a great place for kids. You will not be disappointed !
I highly reccomend staying at Pacifico Colonial! Not only is it a beautiful and very large condo but the views are amazing! We saw Sloths, Iguanas and Macaws from our large balcony. My family of four stayed in a 2 bedroom condo for a week and Stephanie made sure our trip to Manuel Antonio would be unforgettable! She was so helpful with everything from having Abraham pick us up from the airport to making dinner reservations to booking tours for our family! The condo is located walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and the bus stopped right out front and was so easy to get around in. Thank you Stephanie and Melissa for making my 50th birthday in Costa Rica so amazing!
My wife, 13-year old son and I just had a wonderful stay at Pacifico Colonial. The 3rd floor (2N) 2-bedroom condo was simply beautiful, with tile floors and gorgeous windows. The balcony is huge and offers views of the ocean and trees. Scarlet Macaws were nesting on the roof so we had great views of them daily. Squirrel monkeys, beautiful birds, including a summer tanager, and iguanas were easy to see. The location is also great. Easy walking distance to terrific restaurants for all meals. In addition, the bus stops at the condo making it easy to get to the beach. Best of all are Stephanie, the concierge, and Melissa. They made sure everything was perfect. Stephanie also made all of our touring arrangements and, without a doubt, booked the best! We will definitely be back.
I spent 7 days with my son and his girlfriend at the end of November 2017. The condo building is about halfway from Quépos to the Manuel Antonio National Park with lots of restaurants and food stores nearby. A car is not necessary as excellent and cheap municipal buses run between Quépos and the park every 15 minutes. However, if you do have a car, the condo has excellent gated parking. The condo is built into a steep hillside overlooking jungle and the Pacific Ocean. Every condo unit faces the ocean and offers fantastic views and wonderful sunsets. The units are all modern and spacious with big living areas and 2 large bedrooms. The kitchens are fully equipped and eating at home will save you a lot of money. Both bedrooms have ensuite baths. The units are air conditioned and have very wide balconies the length of the unit. There is a full-time security guard on duty and while there is no reception on site, there is an English speaking concierge who you can reach at any time. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and I plan to return for another visit soon.
We stayed in 5 North at the very top - 3 bedrooms with the master being alone itself as a penthouse view room. All rooms have an ocean view facing west for spectacular sunsets and we are at the highest point in the area. Balconies circle each floor plus a rooftop balcony to itself. Ok That's just the view. The interior is beautiful , kitchen with all amenities. Concierge to take care of all your needs. Plenty of great restaurants to walk to and the town of Quepos right down the road as well as the national park to tour and a beach that rivals any caribbean beach . Just amazing. You won't be disappointed.
